The clothing will move together with your Breasts and Bum and will react to some of your shape sliders to increase and decrease size. Mesh Avatars may still need to use the *Alpha HUD that was provided with the body to hide any skin poke-through. In most cases, an Alpha layer is supplied for Classic Avatars and will also work with BOM (Bakes on Mesh).
Those items will also have a delete option on the menu to remove the script, so be sure to make a backup copy first. Unlike Standard and Fitted Sizes, Resizable items (such as shoes and accessories) allow you to edit the position on your avatar and when scripted with a resizer, allow you on touch to resize and stretch the item. Standard sizing also has it's advantages allowing you to "tuck your bits in" when you adjust your avatar shape as the standard sized clothing will remain true to size regardless of your avatar's shape. Make sure you try all sizes on as that little difference in size makes a huge difference on your avatar. Standard rigged mesh clothing is not adjustable or resizable, this is why you have different sizes available for your avatar.
Either Rez on Ground to touch or if worn simply right click the coat & choose "touch" and the Shoulder Armor will fade in or out - Enjoy :)
